2011-2012: Feature Descriptors for Shapes and Images

I lead a seminar in the winter term 2011/2012 on image and shape descriptors. The course was a so-called seminar (mandatory in the German curriculum) for BSc and MSc students in computer science where students study papers and then present and discuss the content with the other participants. The purpose of seminars is to train students in reading scientific publications other than textbooks and to engage them in presenting scientific material to an audience.
